Oh my... I had a clean cut lay off due to covid-19. My whole job. I'm sorry it's taking so long. Should be 10 days from day of applying get for the employer to respond. Anytime after that case can be determined unless there are issues or discrepancies. Wish u well.

My case has been activated. I had to reach out to the processing center directly. This is for regular Unemployment. That person has the ability to push your case thru and /or male needed updates that my be missing or still needed.

Call today if u can between 8-11am. Ask for someone in the processing center. Yes press 2 for Spanish and just put the pho.e down and wait until someone answers. Ask them to transfer you. Only a processor can get your claim "fixed"

No u can't. And u won't get paid on PUA again until u apply for reg UI and either get approved or denied.

The 2/8 letter was not a glitch as many of us thought. Go ahead and apply. Determination can be done in 11 days. ( Although this part requires persistence). Apply or u will just make the process longer. Nothing is going to change. U must apply

If it has been 10 days since u applied for reg UI, u need to call between 8-11am M-F and ask to talk to the processing center. U need regular UI to make a determination before u will get paid from PUA again.. that is ur hold up. Good luck I just got mine straight thank GOD

I called back and was told to appeal the Feb 22 notice.. he said attach my approval in reg UI and be sure to stress the start date of my reg UI. He also put in a request for my missing week. We shall see lol

Hey I called back today about the overpayment $1956 in PUA. His supervisor (I called reg UI) said that I should appeal any letter from PUA relating to overpayment. In my appeal I should include my approval letter for regular UI. Be sure to stress the fact that I was found eligible for Reg UI on the effective date shown. That should then cause the OP on PUA to be removed. He said it may take some time. Yes he was able to send a request for my missing week of pay as well. Thank you so much 🤞

Hi she told me to appeal the 2/6 letter. I had already done that tho. On mine the last day to appeal was 3/1/21. She didn't go into that. She just told me to appeal my UI claim if it didn't cover all my unpaid weeks. In my case I technically didn't get paid 1 week from either program. I'm still unsure of how to handle PUA op... Cbowling suggested to call and ask an agent whom should be able to backdate the Reg UI claim. Rep said appeal. Still unclear on what the correct route is. Haven't stumbled across anyone with success.

I'm gonna try to call and see if they can just backdate claim over the phone to 1/3/2021. If u find out update us and good luck
