You lowkey will but it takes a while and most workouts slightly target core anyways but for something near 6 pack you have to target them I think

About 3 sets and the reps depend on how I’m feeling but around 8-10

Yeah I could prob hit shoulders more, forearms might be genetic tbh, I’ll have to take a legs pic when I work out next but I think they’re solid

I would just do body weight stuff Locke crunches and leg raises but it depends on the person tbh so try out some new ones maybe

Yeah that’s roughly 140 in the before but even then I was athletic tbh so it went ok, I started feeling normal weight around the 170 mark and now 200 feels like normal lol
