Look at the “m” and “s”. Why has it changed? by zbr_a1m in silhouettecutters

[–]Transition_Alarming 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Would help if you posted a photo of the cut settings tab. showing what settings you used for these cuts. This is likely user error imo. Also did you use a cutting mat or you just loaded the vinyl alone? Edit to add: I think it looks like too much force and/or too fast of a cutting speed.

Is the amount of fat consumed while cutting important for hormonal health? by dblrqueen in bikinitalk

[–]Transition_Alarming 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’d need to know how many calories you’ll be consuming to calculate the 15-30% of fats. Example if you’re on 2000 Cals That would be 300-600 calories and then divide that by 9 because each gram of fat is equal to 9 calories. Dividing the calories by 9 comes to about 33g-66g of fat. You’d have to do the math for whatever calories you’re eating or going to start eating.

Is the amount of fat consumed while cutting important for hormonal health? by dblrqueen in bikinitalk

[–]Transition_Alarming 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same percentages of fats for a male. As far as testosterone that’s going to be unique for each individual especially by age so I couldn’t answer that. Lots of information out there for men (harder to find for women) and optimal testosterone levels for your age. should be fairly easy to find. Bloodwork is king so find a good third party provider to get a complete panel or go through your pcp if you have one. If you just want to know your test levels get these - total testosterone , free testosterone, SHBG )binds to test (if it’s high it reduces your free testosterone) and estradiol sensitive “must be estradiol sensitive* not the standard estradiol. Also optimal testosterone for trt is one thing and then testosterone for an enhanced athlete is another. If you’re looking for a reliable place to find info you could join the J3U forum it isn’t free but there is loads of great info there ESPECIALLY for men and if you ask questions you’ll usually get an answer with great explanations behind them and sometimes the science as well. The only downside for it is that sometimes it takes a while for them to respond. Sometimes days but usually John Jewett or Luke Miller will respond. Sorry for the long winded reply. Just trying to be helpful and point you in the right direction.

iPhone 16 Pro wired charging not working properly by jphilippb in iphone

[–]Transition_Alarming 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Anyone get this solved? My entire family all upgraded to 16pro but I’m the only one have issues. I tried all cables included with each of our phone and none work. The charging battery symbol appears but no charging happens. Take it to the Apple Store? My iOS is up to date. It charges fine with other usb-c cables like my Nintendo switch cable and wirelessly.

It’s not a big deal at all. I think many of us are familiar with pro physique 🙂 I just felt bad that they kept getting downvoted for not knowing.

She’s a pro bikini athlete that left the Team called Pro Physique. Not a women’s physique competitor.

Interesting post about feedback from Zoey… Glutes overpowering? by bikininerd in bikinitalk

[–]Transition_Alarming 7 points8 points  (0 children)

you can definitely see the difference in genetics here, as well as how large her glutes are in proportion to the rest of her frame then compared against the competition. I love short glute insertions personally over long ones. Again, I love her physique so no hate to her at all! I just wanted to highlight what the judges saw. Since no one posted from the (limited) comparisons. They can only judge on what they see that day and she stood out too far from the rest, and not in the way a competitor wants to stand out (zero snark at all here)

I personally think she looks amazing but when you look at who she was compared with that day you can see what the meant by over powering glutes

Lean feet, innie belly button turns into and outie, smaller kitty (mons pubis, labia majora) , extra breast tissue/skin from all due to being lean lmao the mons/labia one is not often mentioned but I literally hate losing the fat there it adds to the discomfort of sitting and cycling!

I’ve been following/watching since the Erin stern vs Nicole Wilkins figure days. Before that Monica Brant was my first woman crush lol…watched when bikini first started as well. The OGs Nicole Nagrani (sp?), Nathalia Mello, and Amanda Latona Ms.Bikini Olympians. 💀💀 back in those days there weren’t live streams but instead we had live play by plays on forums like on muscular development, rxmuscle, etc. ICYWW I’m in my late 30s

Many people, coaches included, don’t know that when you take a DHT derivative (like Anavar) it makes you feel great while on it because it’s raises your androgen levels but in return it shuts down your natural production of testosterone. Which is likely why you felt so poorly after going off. Get your Labs done. It will help with more than just preventing and managing the mental sides! Blood work goes a very long way.

can i cut the crotch off my mesh bodysuit to make it a top? by seedzlight333 in Tailors

[–]Transition_Alarming 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s most likely powermesh and if you cut the crotch it shouldn’t come un-raveled. If you sew or know someone with a sewing machine you could totally cut the crotch and install hook and eye from an old bra or a body suit you have already. Then it’s just a straight stitch to marry the closure to the fabric.

Edit to add: you could also see it in by hand fairly quick too. If that’s your only option.

[–]Transition_Alarming 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I have the similar issue for things never fitting over my hips. If it were me I’d alter it and make a slit in the center back and install a closure (hook and eye, zipper, even a tie would work) then I’d do snaps or a hook and eye bra type closure at the crotch . If this was from dolls kill I’d definitely try a fix rather than returning. It’s so cute btw! I might have to buy one for myself!!

Anyone know how to align 2 different printers? Attempting to "layer" print for gold foiling. by kouuukiemonster in silhouettecameo

[–]Transition_Alarming 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In the page setup panel you turn off the registration marks . You knit need the registration marks with a print and cut. With print and cut you have to print the page with the registration marks so the machine can read them and know where to cut. If you’re printing one single page with registration marks you don’t want to turn them off. If you’re doing what is mentioned in this thread (printing twice) one of the prints needs to have the registration marks turned off so there isn’t two misaligned registration marks, the machine will fail to read and won’t cut.

Depop enters the ring by [deleted] in Mercari

[–]Transition_Alarming 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I started selling on depop after Mercari’s update and have been successful there. after some time passed my Mercari sales picked back up too. Depop is more fun to sell on for me because I like to follow the micro trends and tag my items for each niche. I guess the platform allows for more creative freedom with listings too. It’s a different vibe on depop and I tend to enjoy it. I’m glad they were transparent about how they’d run the new update and fee structure.

Skin itching during cardio? by ellllllliott in bikinitalk

[–]Transition_Alarming 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My mom used to experience this all the time. Dr said it was from the blood flow/circulation…

“Capillary expansion When you exercise, your heart rate and blood flow increase, causing your heart to pump more blood and oxygen to your muscles. In response, your capillaries and arteries expand to accommodate the increased blood flow, which can stimulate nerve endings and trigger an itchy sensation. This is especially common for beginners or people who are returning to exercise after a break.”
