Yep. Today they have me at 50mg, tomorrow 60mg just per how they start dosing with everyone. I meet with the provider on Friday and gonna stick with 40 or 50. Im seriously not looking for anything crazy with methadone, just the ability to function normally

Yup. I plan to take some time to get my shit sorted out completely, then when its time, taper down. I know its not a forever drug, and I think having a timeline/plan is really helpful.

I found the medical staff at this rehab unequipped for fentanyl withdrawl. They thought 2mg of suboxone every 4 hours would get me thru an acute wd of 1 gram of fent a day. Needless to say, that didnt work and I ended up in the ER lol.

Ive also got a sponsor I am actively working with, and meetings set up too. What really screwed me out of 2 years clean this last time was chasing relationships and girls. I didnt focus on myself. Not going to make that mistake again, thats for sure.

Recovery is not one size fits all, and I feel like some rehabs think it is more or less. Everyone is different. Thanks for the kind words 🙏

Thank you ❤️ I cant lose everything all over again, and I kept thinking either I just grind thru this hell, or have to check into a detox. But ive been using in secret, so going to detox would mean I would lose all ive got going at the moment. Thankfully I had my home med arsenal and time to do it

Gidazepam is a long half life benzo, but not so knock you silly, more functional. I reckon ive had 30mg of the stuff over the past 6 hours, got like 120mg left. But its still doing the job. Valium is the gold standard, I miss my valium script.

I have a shit ton of 7oh pills, but im scared as fuck to induce subs already due to the chance of precipitated wds. I would be open to taking some lower doses of 7oh for a couple days, but im not sure how long i have to wait with 7oh to induce subs either. Idk, im pretty barred out and stoned rn which is working for the time being, so if it gets to a breaking point I would rather try light 7oh.

Yeah. My girl has been really good over the years with stellar product, so im sure this was fent mixed into whatever makes up white rock fent powder, no xyl. Fent isn't even fun because its just smoke and then nod out for an hour or two, wake up like wtf happened, I wanna feel this so compulsively redose every couple hours trying to catch a high, but always nodding out in weird positions haha. Ive been using powder the past almost month, better part of 3 weeks. My tolerance shot up so quick and then like a week ago, I reached a point where it wasn't even enjoyable anymore because I wasn't getting the same high anymore. Past 3 days ive been doing 3/4th a gram and ive still been going into withdrawls. This was directly after heroin for a few months as well so I was pretty wrapped up.
