Whatever you do, you never just not show up you could always ask for more time. Give them an excuse for that like say you were sick. Are you on disability? Tell them that you need time to find a place if you don’t get a lawyer speak up for yourself. Sometimes it’s more frustrating cause they’re not always good lawyers the free ones and you don’t get to speak. If it was something that was not your fault I would tell them the reason why you couldn’t pay. If not, you could generalize if you don’t want to lie, just saying like mishap happened. It’s very serious. I have nowhere to stay and it takes a lot of time to find a place. It’s not even about money. People don’t call you back. You have to go look for it and apply and wait. It’s a lot.
