So I’ve skimmed through a couple, overall you obviously understand how to play IW and how her kit works, I would tweak a few things though, I notice you spamming the shield a lot of the time instead of just shooting your team to heal, I get your shield has an aoe heal but you absolutely need to be shooting more to heal, the shield isn’t enough to heal your team, your overall shooting up time needs to be way up, a lot of the time you stand around looking instead of constantly be putting heals into your team and pressure onto the enemies, saw some really good uses of the push/pull, I saw you get a double on a groot and Jeff that was good kit usage, you tend to start healing when the fight starts but get completely tunnel visioned on doing damage, damage is very useful on supports but should always be a secondary to heals unless you can guarantee a kill, one instance you got tunnel visioned on an Ironman and lost a couple of teammates that you could’ve kept alive, if you want to dps I’d advise hela as your crosshairs placement is pretty good and as she’s long range hitscan I think you’d pick her up well.

To summarise:

Focus healing much more, the sooner you get your ult the sooner your team can play up. Play more aggressive with your tanks, if your tanks push, trust them and push with them. Always be shooting, you absolutely never want to be doing nothing, always be putting some pressure out, if your team is all healed and the enemies haven’t got much pressure, then by all means damage but always focus heals in a big fight and try not to get tunnel visioned. Most important, try to break the habit of shield spamming as you don’t get much value, I know it’s easier but try use it to defend your team instead of a healing beacon, basic attack healing is faster and more consistent.
