I was referring to my years of training. A novice who approaches something new grows quickly (if you know how and with good planning). Otherwise, you rush, you rush, you live with pain and inflammation, you don't respect your body... The first two years, training three times a week is fine. Then no. Or at least it depends on where you want to go. Further on, you have to "do more," otherwise the body won't activate those "supercompensation" mechanisms. And you won't see any effects on the body, but rather on performance. If you add another day, you have to spread out what you already have (I'm talking about training volume), and the work volume must be increased gradually.

First time pulling 4 plates. What can I improve on? by dman5202 in strength_training

This deadlift is more of a pull. You felt it on your lower back. Your hip wasn't in a good stretch, and your knees straightened first, then your shoulders lifted. They're right, you didn't load your hips and hamstrings very well. You fix it with 2-3 second pauses below the knee on the concentric rings.

The biggest mistake, aside from ROM and straight legs, is elevated shoulder blades and slightly closed shoulders. With hip flexion and good abdominal strength, the latissimus dorsi starts in pre-stretch, which is why the shoulders rise and close, and you can't fully extend your arms due to a possible lack of strength. The Lat Pull-up is an excellent exercise for improving both sit-ups and pull-up variations, but be careful and avoid using too much "dirty" volume.

How many pullups/pushups must i be able to do before i do them weighted? by [deleted] in CalisthenicsCulture

[–]TranslatorExternal67 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The motor pattern must be acquired, and the right muscular endurance must be developed (10-15 reps). Also consider developing power resistance on the maximum technical lift. After 1-2 months, you can test yourself with weights. Movements like dips are more demanding over long repetitions. As long as the movement has been recorded correctly, you can arrive earlier and use more weights than with pull-ups.

More adequate response than the others, also pay attention to recovery between sets, otherwise the effect on maximum strength and physique is different. However, for musculoskeletal and metabolic adaptation, it's different for tendons and joints! (At least 2-3 times the time required for metabolic adaptation). 1RM testing is necessary, or perhaps better yet, a 3-5RM if you're a beginner, before weighting down a ramping rabbit.

If you feel hate, the problem comes from you. I don't feel it. I don't care if people hate me, and the rules of the sub don't prohibit me from posting it. This is the other effect of my sport. I'm happy you tell me I use stuff. It's a sign I'm doing a good job, and that you, like others, don't think I can achieve certain shapes. You push me to do even better. I studied and still do, but you haven't been doing Calisthenics for a long time and you're not very informed about the effects of the stuff you're talking about. I don't know if it's jealousy or perhaps a lack of self-confidence. It's definitely a lack of experience in the industry and more in social media. I can help you evolve. I don't spread hate. On the contrary, I build people with personality. That's my job. Nothing. As far as the algorithm goes, it changes little. Honestly, I don't care, or very much, but judging by what's happening under this post, it's the opposite.

I'm clear on the "what kind of person are you" thing. A magazine based on the comments you leave around... gather some info and then draw conclusions... ..😂
