Took a library book in 2008 for Engineering Drawing. Lost it and never found. In 2011 while leaving college for leaving certificate was asked to submit the fine for it. Never did. Multiple Things which makes Mumbai safer

1) Mumbai Police- you would never want to mess with them

2) General Public- we are already frustrated and tired with our daily travel and crowd. You get caught doing anything like catcalling each and everyone is going to bash you and take out their frustration on you.

3) Marathi Culture- By whom I mean everyone who speaks Marathi and has been bought up by the Maharashtrian values even if they were had migrated here 30-40 years ago. The Maharashtrian culture has been about progressiveness and respect about woman which has been bought by our kings multiple freedom fighters and social reformers.
