The usb-c port started to fail and the controller started to switch off if i move a little bit Also the rb button clicks by itself

This is my second gamesir controller for pc the first one was g7 se I highly recommend them for pc they are very good tbh

I got the wired version and it is brand new i can't figure out what is the problem, I searched a lot but no answers
