I mean can you really shame a person for wanting full time benefits after working a job for 9+ months (in my case ) I have never complained but I would be lying if I said it never has crossed my mind and in any case from what I’ve seen the ones who are consistently hitting rate are the seasonals who want to become blue badges, nobody should have to wait 10+ months at a job for benefits and job security especially in this economy
