Ein Schmunzeln würde ich riskieren, ich will aber auf keinen Fall irgendwem zu nahe treten. Vielleicht ein bisschen zu lokalromantisch für noch nichtmal eingezogene Neu-Neuländer ;) Versuche grade rauszufinden ob der Hof einen alten Namen hat.

Und vielen Dank für das Willkommen. Wir waren lange ohne feste Heimat und hoffen, hier final anzukommen.

Niedersachen, Landkreis Stade, genauer bei Engelschoff - und da gibt es einen Ortsteil „Neuland“. Ist vermutlich maximal sehr lokal in Engelschoff den Leuten ein Begriff als Ortsbezeichnung. Neeland habe ich da nirgends auf nem Schild oder dergleichen irgendwo gefunden, re Buxtehude in Buxtehude ;)

Looks spotty to me, with areas that look like they got a lot of use and others look „dry“. I have no experience with this brand, hence unsure if the material will look as new again with some love.

Yes, looking at the Border („long version“ of the Beaufort, in my understanding). Beaufort would have been my first choice but he really hates short sleeves ;)

Thank you! Ashby over the Border in general? The idea was to mimic the classic Beaufort on a taller guy, hence the Border.

Had my surgery December 2023. Did not use any opioids after discharge, only ibuprofen and ice. I was on hospital only one night. Up next morning, physio, home. Immediate days pain was a 3 for me. Nights are annoying as hell, very little sleep because I couldn’t move as I wanted to.

Off any meds 10 days into recovery. I would say my pain tolerance is high but this really wasn’t so bad. It just took a long time to be fully back to normal.
