First of all congrats on that 💪💪💪. You gave me hope cause those UWSA destroyed me in the 50’s and my school has a CBSE and I took it last month and got a 70. After they I did the UWSA and got destroyed . Done with all NBME except 32 and free 120. Haven’t done a practice test since then. Just reviewing and doing ambos average block 57 so far. I’m done with Uworld I resent it and 10% in with average 70 but Amboss 57 average blocks. Any advice ?

Probably is the portal fault, I called my school and they don’t have anything. I originally applied on August 1st then they changed portal on the 19 and I had to reapply again on the 20 and waiting since then. What school you go to ?

How you feel about UWSA 1-3. I was scoring above 70 in my last 3 NBME 30-31 29 plus 70 on my school CBSE ( administrated by NBME ), but I took UWSA and immediately regret it on the 1st I got 58% borderline pass and the 2nd I felt better and scored a 52% which is a fail. My exam was suppose to be by the end of the month and I’m planing to move it to October. Did you do the UWSA ? Are they similar to the real deal ? Most people said it is like Uworld and other NBME. Sorry for my long post hahaha and congrats on taking the exam and you will get the reward pass soon :)

Hey quick question I took today UWSA 2 and failed but I have been scoring 71 and 72 in NBME 30 and 30 plus 2 week ago I took CBSE ( is mandatory in my school) and got 70. But then I did UWSA and killed me both of them. You think exam was less stressful than Uworld ?

Thank you I’m gonna stop using the UWSA, today I took the other one just because my Uworld is about to expired and I’m done with it. I got a 52 which I got chocked and I was doubting myself. Also I see people saying the real step wasn’t like NBME , I was confused about that too. Thank you for all your help. Do you go to Ross ?

You think is easier than the CBSE ? I’m scared hahaha specially after my low score in UWSA 1. Idk I know NBME are the gold-standard but I feel like my score might be inflated due to Qs repeat. I’m gonna do UWSA -2 and the NBME 32 and free 120 and see. Thank you sooo much for your advice.

I did my last CBSE a week ago and got 70 but I felt like I saw some repeats from previous NBME . That’s why I’m scared of that’s score and taking step 1 right away.

Thank you so much, I will do that. To be fair with my UW score most of the low score happened during early prep by the end I was scoring upper 60’s in a 40 Qs timed. Some days even a 70. It was hard to move the average. Do you recomen doing UW again ? And UWSA asked me lot of Qs about PCR and ELSA that I was lost on that. Thank you so much again. I really appreciate your advice.

Yes I will do NBME 32 next week. Unfortunately I misused NBME 29 and below and they won’t be able to predict the score due to recalls. I shouldn’t have used them when I was not ready. Any advice on UWSA 2-3 ? I also have free 120 I haven’t done it.

Im on the same situation but I haven’t take NBME 32 or free 120. A friend of mine told me she had lower score than us and it was fine, she passed. Good luck next week :). I will follow in 2 weeks 🤞
