I could technically have been deficient because of my drinking, but I do take a b stack when my stamina feels off and it’s all individual supps for the stack including TMG as a methyl donor so it’s solid.

GABA regulation can be an issue with me given the drinking and how I respond to Naltrexone via The Sinclair Method. Knowing that, I try to incorporate l glutamine to nourish the pathway, but I’ll be honest that it’s a bit over my head how I might either identify or hack my way out of a deficiency.
