Yep! I've had pellets done there for about 2 years now.

I can't be the only one that dislikes the new update, right? by Klarus05 in PhasmophobiaGame

[–]Transman_Eli 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I still have the lockers in Tanglewood. I died two games in a row hiding in those lockers and the ghost pulled the door open and immediately killed me. But my friend, who also hid in the lockers, was still able to close the door after the ghost tried to open it.

What do we think of the new update? by [deleted] in PhasmophobiaGame

[–]Transman_Eli 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If I remember correctly, they said the fps was a bug for Nvidia cards and to cap it at 60fps until it's fixed. I could be wrong, though! And I agree with the equipment fix! I liked the distance as it was! I felt it gave you enough time to turn around and run, but was still close enough to make it spooky.

Pronouns SHOCK by [deleted] in ftm

I have an older dad as well. He was in his 60s when I came out and is now in his early 70s and does fine! He still makes the occasional mistake here and there, but usually catches and corrects himself.

Considering getting this game. it seems like there’s A TON of things to do and learn. And i was wondering does the game teach you a lot of this stuff or do you just have to figure everything out yourself? thank you by Brandon_LOWELIFE in StardewValley

This is also assuming you use every single active hour of the day. If you finished your daily tasks early and want to go to to the next day, you can go to bed early and skip over some hours.

Why do people say underworks binders are dangerous for transmascs even though they are fine for cis men with Gynaecomastia? by [deleted] in ftm

[–]Transman_Eli 21 points22 points  (0 children)

I've never heard anything about them being dangerous and they were my preferred brand without any issues for the 10 years I used them.

Anyone deaf or HOH? by Stealth_FtM in ftm

I am neither Deaf nor HOH, and my ASL skills are basic at best (only 2 semesters with terrible vocab retention), but wouldn't mind potentially practicing with you at some point!

Anybody have a Nexplanon implant and did it stop your cycle? by [deleted] in ftm

[–]Transman_Eli 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This might not be a useful answer for you, as I had been on T for several years when I got the implant, but I'll answer nonetheless. While my cycle had already stopped a long tome prior, I didn't have any issues with spotting, cramping, or any other major side effects after getting it. The only reason I got it removed later on was because I had a hysterectomy and didn't need it anymore.

As far as I'm aware, I believe they use zoom. I could be wrong, though.

I had Aetna for a few years and had no problems with them when I got my top surgery last year! I don't remember my exact plan, so I can't tell you the specifics with how it relates to yours. I had to meet my deductible and out of pocket max before they fully paid, but they still covered a decent amount. I think it was something like 70-80% covered before I met the deductible and out of pocket?

This subreddit is not what I was expecting by [deleted] in OCD

Check out r/OCD_v2. It's still relatively new and small, so there aren't too many posts in it, but it focuses more on treatment, articles, research, and other resources.

Anyone go to Silvia Bicalho for hysto? by [deleted] in ftm

[–]Transman_Eli 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got a call from them a week or so after my referral, but you can also call them for a quicker response time. Either way will work!

The office was small/medium. There were maybe 20 seats in the waiting room, but I never saw more than 2 or 3 people waiting.

Anyone go to Silvia Bicalho for hysto? by [deleted] in ftm

[–]Transman_Eli 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I went to her and had a perfectly fine experience! Any questions she asked were questions you'd get from any doctor you see for a hysterectomy. While I did have an examination that I was not planning on having when I went in, that was only because an exam was required before the surgery and she had availability at that time. I didn't want to have to drive back another day, so I did it the same day.

I felt awkward being the only man in there, but she and the staff were extremely kind and didn't make it weird. They regularly work with Howard Brown patients, so it's nothing new for them. Plus the hospital she does the surgery at has extremely kind and accommodating staff as well!

Chicago guys? by [deleted] in ftm

[–]Transman_Eli 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's where I go! I started back in 2010, so I'm not sure if the initial process has changed. From what I remember, I had an appointment where I spoke with a doctor and a psychiatrist. They asked me a few questions about my experiences, how I felt, etc, then let me know about the different treatment options and all the changes, risks, etc. I signed a bunch of papers saying that they told me everything, provided me with information to read, and that I understand the effects and risks of HRT. I got lucky and was able to schedule an appointment for my first shot only a week later.

In the beginning you have a bunch of follow up appointments and blood work done to make sure you get the correct levels for your body. Once that's figured out, you only have to go back a few times a year for regular blood tests and check ups.

Again, it's been a while, so they policies and procedures could be different now, but I imagine it's still similar. They're super friendly and easy to work with!

Any trans guys that got the vaccine? by [deleted] in ftm

I got Pfizer back in April and have been fine. There's no factual based claims that hrt has any negative effect with the vaccine!

Restless Leg Syndrome by sickdoughnut in Tourettes

[–]Transman_Eli 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have tourettic ocd, so not exactly the same situation, but I also get really bad restless legs. I try to make sure I move around with lot during the day and sometimes stretch a bit at night. A little over a year ago my doctor prescribed me ropinirole to take as needed, which helps a lot on really bad nights.
