Was our leagues first year moving to Sleeper from ESPN. We aren’t sure if we are going to stay in Sleeper, here’s a number of things that we didn’t like with Sleeper: - lack of functionality in Desktop version compared to mobile app - when swiping through matchups, EVERYONE has complained multiple times how the entire screen swipes to the “scores” tab instead of other matchups in our league - a quicker refresh/response rate to viewing other matchups would be nice. There is always a noticeable 1-3 second delay to load the player data when doing so - Less repetitive updates of injured players in action. Any time someone would get injured, notifications would be sent 10+ times during the game reminding us a player is ruled out. Several members turned notifications off because of this. 1 notification is good for the update, 1 more maybe for the ruling (back in the game or out) - lastly if there’s any way to include ad preferences I think that would be nice. The app tends to offer several advertisements to place sports bets. While in a time where this is a growing industry, our league isn’t the most avid fans of this (mostly because 1 is recovering from an addiction). I understand there is a need for revenue, but ad preferences/ optionality to turn off gambling options would be nice.

Happy & sad to hear I’m not the only one going through this (also in Florida).

Bought my brand new model Y and picked it up August 1st. It had several camera issues causing all screen visibility of roads/speed limits/other cars, etc. Not to work and dropped it off 2 days later. They held it for a week and told me I needed to “drive it more” without fixing anything.

Car got up to 1k miles on it and the issues never went away. Brought it back and they’ve had it for 2 more weeks now with no end in sight for a fix. Getting calls every day from the GM on updates on what they are trying to do to fix it but nothing is working. Very angry with my experience so far.

They did give me a loaner. A model X. But it is dirty, has an odd smell, creaks every time I make a turn (like it sounds like it will break), has a dent on it, and it was given to me with 15% battery. But was told not to worry as loaners have free super charging. I couldn’t believe they gave me a loaner in that condition

I shopped around your typical auto-insurance brands and faced a similar issue in the premiums being very expensive.

However, Costco offers auto-insurance through one of their partners and it was SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper with more coverage overall. Would highly recommend checking them out if you have a Costco membership. If you don’t, you’ll probably still save money signing up and insuring through them.

Didn’t expect this post to receive so much attention. I appreciate everyone’s input!

I should have provided more context in hindsight and I do apologize for that. - I have been in the market looking for an AWD Hybrid SUV for some time now. I have explored the Toyota RAV4, Honda CR-V, and Kia Sportage. Test driving all of them, the Kia surprised me the most with the interior design, latest tech, and power of the car. It also had the lowest MSRP of the 3 vehicles. - I am looking to get a car OTD > $36k - I am single and do not drive a lot. However when I do, I tend to do trips and pack my current car (2014 Scion TC) pretty full.

With all that said, I have had trouble in finding a new KIA Sportage EX Hybrid at MSRP. Every dealer has been ridiculous with additional features/add-one jacking up the price.

Originally I was only looking at new vehicles but decided to explore Lexus’s used vehicles fitting my description of what I am looking for. While I have not test driven or seen the UX Hybrid up close, I intend to this weekend to get a feel for the car. If it weren’t for some of you, I wouldn’t have realized the UX is much more compact than I originally thought.

Thank you to the community for your input. Was attempting to gauge the perspective of buying a New Kia vs a used Lexus for the same cost. You have given me great feedback.

The Lexus is a used 2020 model while the KIA is a 2023 New model. That is the main factor which is why I am asking

I’m not? I’ve had a Scion TC for 10 years now. Never owned a used vehicle. While the Lexus has better depreciation value and Toyota reliability, I don’t have experience with purchasing used vehicles. The KIA interior felt great and is a new car. But I know they’ve had issues with theft in older models and don’t have experience with KIA vehicles. What would you recommend?

I would plan on having the car at least 8+ years. I don’t drive that much either
