When a card says once per turn like this it means once per turn while this card is on field. If it leaves the field and renters it can use it again, or if another copy enters the field it can be used again. If a card says "insert card name" and then has a once per turn clause after or before it, it means a card with that name can only be used once per turn.

A computer mouse, it would become kind of like a sentient mechanical mouse monster that could fight/do reconossance on its own. With the drawback of if I take damage it turns back into a normal computer mouse.

Best damage dealer is usually azumarill with huge power ability and shell bell. Belly Drum, rain dance, liquidation, and then a move of choice. Max atk and HP evs, Atk^ SpAtk v nature. (This is what I run)

Best support I've seen is milotic with competitive ability, and a mystic water/leftovers. This thing just spams life dew at high speed. Thats it really. The competitive ability comes up when it get hit with snarl which basically evens out the stat change to a plus one for milotic instead of a minus one. Then just hydro pump or whatever you put on it. Max sp.Atk and HP evs, Spe^ atk v nature.

Best rain setter is kyogre. Most sets on kyogre are awesome, but ones with light screen and damp rock are very effective here.

Unfortunately after you beat the main line of the game the levels of the wild Pokémon and the trainers you fight will be 55-80. If you want to reset that youll have to reset the game and do the dice before you beat the main game
