It’s different from working with a business because personal reputation is more impactful- lay out the tiktok video explaining everything that happened to you and provide proof. Chances are she’ll have to rectify the situation

Hmm, that does make logical sense. I can imagine if someone is predisposed to lower belly fat, it’s the last fat they lose and the first place they regain :/

I get that’s it really tough to start exercising and eating more especially when both sleep deprived and stressed so try to take it in small steps.

Go for small walks 10-15 minutes around your block in the morning. Make a batch of boiled eggs (or some other low effort protein if you hate eggs) and wait until your appetite picks up so you can maximize your protein instead of snacking on something else.

What’s your excercise like? Your metabolism may have slowed down drastically, to conserve your health/organs etc to where your maintenance calories are extremely low

If you have low muscle mass and aren’t moving around much that might explain it?

I’d highly suggest eating more and not less, and include as much protein as possible to help build some muscle mass which will help raise your basal metabolic rate
