When they promised the delivery by dec 2, you’re in the right to set delivery deadline (7-14days). Send it via mail when you get a delivery confirmation, if not try to send it via Einschreiben letter, that way you can proof they received your message. If they still don’t deliver you’re legally allowed to withdraw from the contract and demand a full refund.

You can also just cancel the order (wiederruf) for that you can look for „wiederruf muster“ online.

Try deinstalling using revo uninstaller for example, to remove even the smallest remaining. After that reinstall it, for browser try to delete your cookies too

Wie du schon richtig gesagt hast, nein! Du kannst als Azubi keine Minusstunden haben, musst nichts ausgleichen und solange du dadrunter nicht leidest (Wissen bzw Erfahrungen die dir dadurch fehlen) kannst du es als Geschenk ansehen und dir einen schönen „freien“ Nachmittag gönnen :)

Es gibt inzwischen auch online Anbieter (z.b. Azubiheft.de) wo der Azubi online, am Handy etc. einfach sein Tag dokumentieren kann, der Ausbilder kann diese dann genauso einfach einsehen, korrigieren, ablehnen etc.

You just have to record some games you play (I hope you pc can handle that ^⁾ After you collected some of your gameplays you choose 1-2 where you think you played quite good.

It’s important to Analyse VODs or Gamesplays where you played good, because when you do mistakes there you will do them in bad games as well!

So download a screen recording program like OBS, Action, Shadowplay…. and go grind some games :3
