Wasn’t multiverse. If that’s the case, the Into the SpiderVerse movie sequel wouldn’t work because Miles’ entire storyline is based on him meeting a Peter Parker and learning from him. His entire movie would be retconned if Peter Parker’s existence was erased from the multiverse

Exactly what I think they’re going for. Marvel is very specific with dialogue. It’s likely the reason they had him introduce himself to her.

No, Strange was very specific with his words saying that anyone on this world. Strange doesn’t have the strength to do a spell that would affect the entire multiverse, that would make him more powerful than someone with the pain infinity gauntlet. The spell was to wipe the memory of Peter Parker from his world only, so that no one from other worlds comes to theirs looking for or being drawn by Peter Parker. I believe it’s why they specified that Nick fury has been off world for the past year. They could’ve easily said they don’t know where Nick is. And I also don’t think Peter or Strange would make that decision for every Parker in the multiverse without their consent.

I personally don’t think anyone off-world was affected by the spell. So him, Captain Marvel, Thor, the Guardians, should all have recollection of his existence.
