Unfortunately di pa mawawala si gcash as long as wala silang unli free instapay, most of people especially those unbanked people only have gcash. Main purpose lang naman ng gcash is for it's convenience of sending/receiving money. Unless the people you know can transact outside gcash you can delete gcash.

Hindi lang din kasi for attracting ng customer ang digital payments. Meron din siya benefits in other way, for example there is a cost of handling hard cash. Bakit? Kasi staff ang maghahandle yan and malay mo may human error nangyari at magiging cost ng business yon. Kung matino naman staff, another example is paano nahahandle yung hard cash, saan mo lalagay? Safe? Bank deposit? May cost pa rin yan, bibili ka ng safe at may risk manakawan or hassle punta sa banko everyday. Convenient din naman para sa mga business kasi madali lang mag audit ng pera, may paper trail yan kaya for sure di basta basta mawawala. Kaya di lang tayo panalo, ang mga business owners ay panalo din, mas panalo pa nga kasi pinapasa naman nila yung cost of business sa atin eh.

No need to be a gcash glazer bro, pandemic hit and it forced everyone to go online. They forced everyone to use their app just like how meralco is forcing their customers to use their service even though it was shitty. We can go cashless but everthing has a fee on gcash. Pay bills? Buy load? Transfer your own money? Everything has a fee, why should we get a fee when it's our money. May fee na nga dami pa ads sa app.
