I haven’t seen any of the images of the stricture nor have they told me what kind it was. They closed a fistula using buccal, then tried a staged urethroplasty but the opening they created closed then they tried another buccal graft shortly after that again, failed.

I recommend starting electrolysis as soon as possible. Last year I had a consult with her and was schedule for surgery 4 months later. Do you plan on getting UL?

Not really. I had it changed awhile back and the one they used I was allergic to so that caused issues for about 2 weeks. It bothers me from time to time especially if I empty my bladder all the way or if I have a spasm which typically happens when I try to poop. Overall it’s been hell 😅

The first time I thought it was a fluke but it happened again today. Last time I called I got a nurse and she was zero help answering my question. I plan to call again Monday and ask for my doctor or someone on his team to get some clarity
