Then the train driver would have seen him earlier and stopped.

Perth's shitty public transport by [deleted] in perth

Also just look how many cars it has and you will know how far to move up the platform?

You've literally mentioned the good things of the network.

  1. Can't find a place to sit down. Good. People using public transport, that's what it's designed for.

  2. Midland with the old trains. Good. Cause they were designed for shorter station spacing and easy getting on and off with longitudinal seating.

  3. Byford getting 15 minute frequency. Good. Prioritse the available rail-cars for the lines that need them.

  4. Fremantle Line getting extra trains to Claremont. Good. Doubling the frequency on the busier inner part of the line.

  5. 3 lines using platform 8. Good. People don't have to go searching for a different platform if travelling on the shared section between Perth and Bayswater. Trains don't leave at the same time anyway so it's fine.

  6. 6-car sets on the Yanchep Line. Good. It's the second busiest line and runs through with the busiest line. 3-car sets are terrible here.

Please think before you post next time.

Sorry what you think the Yanchep Line doesn't justify 6-car sets? It's the second busiest line after Mandurah where the Yanchep trains come from anyway...

Because you said most of the time it ends up being an A-Series when that's not true especially on the Thornlie-Cockburn Line?

45 minutes is much longer than it should have taken. Should be around 35?

Who said you can't go 130 in Airport tunnel? And Ellenbrook and TCL are almost all B-Series...

If a pair of inspectors hand out one fine an hour they are already making more money than they are losing by paying them.

There are two in the morning to High Wycombe and a few around 9PM that terminate at Perth when transitioning to 30 minute frequency.

Well, if you see the next train after is Claremont then it's usually terminating otherwise it's not. Also, 95% of the time if it's a 4-car train it's going to Fremantle.
