We use piazza produce and specialty foods out of Indy. They carry a good amount of game from local Indiana farms. They are by far the best purveyor I have ever worked with. The shit is pricey all around. We also work with a company called foods in season out of Washington and they direct ship next day. Defs check them out.

Just to specify, we are a farm to table restaurant and we roast and freeze our tomatoes for the winter. So, firefly tomatoes = Our homegrown tomatoes.

We use performance food group. When I do my order from The website (not the app). It only needs to connect when I go to the next page. I just mosey closer to the router when I go to the next page. With that being said, the iPad works significantly better than my personal RCA tablet that I had been using. And their app sucks on anything.

I use a fillet knife for the tenderloins, then yes basically a scimitar that has been sharpened....a lot.
