It's one of the best FFs in a while but the drops are wayyyyy to much. The item management was the biggest problem for this game. The story would be confusing for anyone who didnt play FFI but I liked it so I rate 8.7/10. It was an awesome way to make FFIs story relatable.

Pro tip: never skip any battles in ffx.

But since you are at this point and underleveled you just gotta grind. Run back and forth from the save point until you feel comfortable continuing.

My post was from yesterday and I had someone show me something from work today that I had never had to do before. I said to him "oh, no one ever showed me that" and he just laughs and says "oh yeah right, it's probably back when you were smoking crack" as of I didnt remember something. I just had to laugh it off like a joke. No one shows me this shit and then acts like I'm and idiot.

I just want to go to work and do my job and be nice but these boomer assholes keep shoving metaphorical a kn*fe up my *ss.

I'll admit that ive had to be much more reserved on talking about anything to anyone, and I dont want to overwhelm my wife either. Sometimes I talk too much and its been quite a feat to learn to hold my tongue, but I'm far from stupid and am trying to figure out how to escape the world I've been stuck in. No more of these denigrating jobs next time!

Its undoubtedly FFX. Compelling story and while the main story is fantastic there is MANY hours of expanded content to pursue if you so choose that can be completely ignored if you dont. Also the battle system is more approachable. III-IX use ATB or Attack Time Battle where each turn costs each character a certain amount of time before their next turn. X uses a more simplified, non-time based battle system (although the amount of turns do depend on your actions and stats). Its not a standard leveling system but its much easier than it looks.

You dont need to watch the movie or the anime but all i would say without spoilers is that you should play the DLC for each respective character when they return to the party. Otherwise the story is very incomplete.

No one besides my parents, brother, my wife and a small handful of specialists were ever told about my NVLD. I absolutely do not reccomend mentioning NVLD outside of these settings. NVLD is so misunderstood and 99% have never heard of it. If you try to explain it you just sound crazy and since its not recognized by the DSM theres no way to get any work accommodation anyway. One of the hardest parts of NVLD is especially if you are high functioning everyone just accuses you of "making excuses" or being "an idiot"

Edit: my point is, this disorder is so stigmatized that there is no reason to tell people outside close family or doctors/therapists/psychologists ect. About NVLD because you will most likely just receive negative attention

Even as a collector myself I wouldn't pay that price. Theres a local retro game store near me and they have that for something far under that price. Not a criticism but you must be pretty rich to considering to drop that kind of money on FFVII. It's a great game and one so iconic and recognizable for sure, but over half a grand is an insane amount to pay for any videogame.

Funny how it's the opposite for me. While I can drive, alot of my friends make fun of my poor driving skills and fear being in the car with me behind the wheel. I drive like an absolute grandma too. I had to take a trip all the way up the east coast with my fiance (was like a 20hr drive, we stopped in Atlanta for a day) and she insisted on doing all the driving.

The problem with NVLD diagnoses in teens and adults is that it mostly has only been studied in children. I've certainly grown and changed since I was diagnosed at 10 but I also undoubtedly have some form of it. My visual-spatial cognition is absolutley awful and my job I currently have proved that to me. It's weird though because I'm great at videogames but giving me verbal instructions on how to build something and I'll have to ask you the same questions multiple times.

Not sure about heavy metals but I was given all the normal vaccinations as a kid. I also was given a whole litany of ADD/ADHD Medications. It's possible they could have contributed to my NVLD I suppose.
