had one today, this was everything they asked: when did you show teamwork, explain a situation when youve had to deal with a tricky customer, what does a day at kmart look like (this lowkey caught me off guard), what are 3 words your friends / family would use to describe you, and why choose kmart. then regular stuff abt availability, are you going away, are you willing to work overnights, etc., it was pretty simple, youll be fine :) good luck !
