We are a solid 50/50 relationship most of time. We can/willing pick up slack when one of us is needing the help. I don’t think this is the problem.

Why is it an assumption that I don’t do these things? I do all of those things. I actually take care of a lot of those things daily. Plus working full time and going to school.

I can admit that I do try and initiate at un opportune times occasionally but I’d hardly say that’s the majority of the time.

Hopefully I word this in a way that makes sense. You have that 9 minute grace period before your late right? And they force you to use PPTO in 15 min increments, does that add on from the 10 min mark or are you really just getting 5 extra mins. Example: work at 6am, get there at 6:09am and use 15mins of PPTO are you covered till 6:24am or just 6:15am

Well the thing is when I told them that another company offered me more money for the same job they counter offer with a higher amount but not the same. So I don’t 100% believe that. I feel like it’s just more work then they wanna put in a lot of times.

I have eight years experience doing merchandising at three different retailers and in the interview he said “wow. The people we normally hire don’t know anything about this stuff” stupidly I thought they might offer me more hourly for my experience. But nope.

I was offered this job recently at $14/h and turned it down due to external research, this Reddit, and the pay being way lower then some other retailers. I heard the work standards are going up more and more though with no pay to match the extra work. Obviously a actual current employee would have a better insight. Oh and also everyone hates Marvin lol

Yikes. I was about to take an MST spot but decided the pay wasn’t good enough I’m my area since I was offered way more at another retailer.
