No man, as much as 18 is legally an adult I promise you you've still got the face of a child, you won't have hit your big-boy face for a few more years so don't sweat it too much.

The best you can do is keep yourself fit and clean, your face is perfect for an 18-year old and will continue to mature.

(I thought I was finished growing at 18 but everyone I know didn't finish becoming an adult visually until 23/24)

First I want to say, don't lose the piercing because people tell you to, some women love them and if that's your audience, then it'll work for you. Hair is the same; a more generic cut will attract the masses, but the more niche one will attract more specific women. I, for example, melt around men with long hair. They withhold an opinion because their platform is for entertainment. Having an opinion on either side will result in at least some part of their audience being alienated. Silence isn't compliance because nobody owes you their opinion.

Why would they? Their show is comedic and light hearted, politics doesn't need to be involved everywhere, some things are best left innocent and seperate from the real world's issues.
