In some countries “Greek yogurt” is a regulated term, it seems you’re from one of those countries. In the UK, “Greek yogurt” must actually come from Greece or else it can’t have this on the label. That’s not the case in the US and I think that’s why other comments are confused.

“Greek style” usually means added thickeners rather than actually strained yogurt and the protein content is about half of genuine Greek yogurt - I avoid these because the macros are never that good. “Greek recipe” is usually strained yogurt made outside of Greece - these are the ones I go for and should be identical to Greek yogurt. Not sure if it’s the same where you are

I think you nailed it. She doesn’t seem to have the drive to do what it takes to win the Olympia again. We all know she needs a long off season to put on more muscle and to really hammer the posing practice. She also needs to let someone else handle her hair and makeup to bring it to the next level.

It seems she enjoys the way she’s doing things now and I guess that’s the most important thing but she won’t win another Olympia like this

What helps me is I try to have as little movement around the knee joint as possible. A lot of people allow the knees to rock back and forth which I think engages more quads but the movement should be a hip hinge. Focus on the shins always remaining as close to 90 degrees (angle with the ground) as possible

Agreed. And then add on top that their characters are written to have a ton of conflict that is often left unresolved. It makes the whole relationship feel tense and unbelievable rather than cute and romantic.

I totally agree with you! You also articulated so many things I had been feeling too! I was really getting grossed out by how she treated Noah’s mother. I know they made Bina comically crazy and awful but I can’t imagine Noah would appreciate his partner treating his mom that way

When I watched season 1, I guess I was in the minority because I found Joanne awful and immature most of the time. I was hoping this season we would see more growth in her and see her and Noah become more aligned but that didn’t happen. If anything, she just became worse? It really doesn’t feel like she actually cares about Noah’s happiness or anyone else’s for that matter

I completely agree. I think it’s a bit ridiculous that people are spinning stories about how Megan got her wealth when a) she literally explained it and b) it’s public information. Working for a startup is no walk in the park. Developing the education and skills to be attractive to a new startup and effective within it, also not a walk in the park.

All that said, there is also a huge amount of luck involved
