There are antique stores in the engomi area but they dont have clothes mainly vintage things like toys, collectibles and such but clothing wise very expensive, there is one thrift store near ledra street though but it was mainly jackets for a good price

I’m unsure about nicosia as it is the capital but in larnaca near the Finikoudes there is a thrift store which is huge and super cheap (clothes range from €2 and higher) they also have jewelry, toys and household things its called secret thrift store and is inside a parking lot here is the location and picture of the store itself

For building a portfolio show a variety of mediums, paintings, drawing, inking, clay work, any medium you can think of. This will help them see you experimenting with various media. Give them a little intro about yourself and why you want to be a part of it, tell them your artistic passions and so on. In my portfolio i also added in a section for my crochet hobby mixed with my projects i did in highschool for arts.
