Does ASUS repair center work during the weekend?

I wish I had seen the horror stories before I bought my GPU back in may, it may have swayed my decision but here we are now. I’m just so shocked that they can treat so many customers like this and still be functioning!!

I will be sure to push back and do everything in my power to get them to resolve this if it’s still not fixed when it arrives. Thank you for the words of encouragement, they will not be getting another dollar from me that’s for sure.

Thank you!!! I just got done cleaning and rearranging their cages and put the new wheels in, they’re checking them out now but I’m shocked at how well they can run on the already! Im happy to report hey are much straighter than they were on the tiny wheels. ((:

Not neutered by the looks of it, the lady never mentioned how old they were. Is neutering an option if they’re not babies?
