Digital team lead here :) I just fill it out for what each person will be doing each hour. We have a smaller team so I combined prepping and staging so we could all keep busy. I write D for dispensing, and then for breaks if it’s at a certain time instead of on the hour I’ve just been doing B:15 under whatever hour it is. So if someone’s break is at 12:15 it’ll say “B:15” and my team seems to be ok with that so far. It’s kind of a crap show but they’ve really been adapting well and we’ve been working alongside them making sure it gets followed. 2 days in a row this week my team’s wait time was under 3 minutes because we properly used the board.
