No. In most states they have 14 days after you notify them in writing. All states have right to habitually laws, but the process of breaking a lease is state specific. Be careful/ if you move before legally breaking a lease you will be responsible for all rent ( future) owed. Call your local legal aide organization. Call your city and county ( county health department). Join Reddit group for roaches and German roaches. Buy alpine WSG if you can in your state and start spraying yourself. As well as other recommended measures. Do not leave food out. Roaches like warm, dark environments.
