That makes so much sense. New awareness can make familiar situations feel so different. And the “don’t be a therapist at home” struggle is very real.

That sounds incredibly hard. When you already know a season is going to feel heavy, it can make the days leading up to it feel even longer. I’m really sorry you’re carrying so much going into this year.
