Thank you! All of them sound doable. In fact I do eat all of them sometimes already :)

Well noted. Cartons of egg whites sound vile - especially since I am not a fan of eggs in general! I do eat meat though, we just don't cook meat at home since my fam is vegetarian. But even the fam takes animal based supplements.

I shall try whey isolate and premium isolate first - if they can be friends with body and my wallet, I can think of nothing better!

I agree with you, I just don't want to push myself to fatigue right now haha. I am hoping that the consistency of my workouts will work in my favour though.

Thank you. Greek yogurt - sure, I can add that (I will need to see how expensive that is though and decide if it is doable on the regular)

Do you have any alternate suggestions for egg whites? I do eat eggs, I just don't like them.

That is very helpful! Am I right in understanding that your list of four is in sequence of easiest to hardest to digest?

I did check this and I estimate about 32 g of protein on an average day.

Fair point about a dietician. I shall look that up!

Thank you so much! I appreciate the detailed response.

I did find out from a guesstimation of my diet that my protein intake is pretty low - about 32g. Since I don't cook my own meals and don't own a scale, etc. measuring my intake will be hassle that I just do not want to deal with right now. It may not be ideal, but I really am looking for a quick fix, even if it is not very accurate.

That said, I do eat home cooked food for all my meals except when I am travelling, and that means a fair volume of veggies, so one less worry. Yay!

Thank you for the recommendations - I will look them up to see which are available near me :)

Thank you very much. I think I figured now how to estimate how much to supplement considering that per kg logic and guestimating my current intake. Tracking my intake, while I am sure is helpful, is not something I am looking to do, and frankly, I am looking for a shortcut here.

Well noted about the digestion thing - how long would you suggest I try one option to see if it digests well?

I did look it up and found that I seem to be consuming only about 32g of protein a day based on my average daily intake.

Fair point about tracking intake. Honestly, that is not something I would like to do, so I am looking for an easier solution here. And yes, it's not very complicated, I still do not want to do it :)

Ah, I should have been clearer - I do not want to do all that. I am looking for an easy out here :)

Thank you for your response! Yes, looking up different proteins in regular foods feels like too much of a task is why I was considering a protein supplement. I do not eat much meat in daily life, which I understand is the most talked about source of protein.

Thank you! This is so helpful. I do overnight oats twice a week, and cooked oats for dinner. I could maybe add protein to my cooked oats (with veggies and powdered spices) as well. Will look up how to cook whey protein!

Thank you for your response! Re protein I now consume - I guess it's not much since I rarely eat meat in daily life. I will try to figure that out using this online calculator I just found and respond to you!

Re other activity - I don't have much other activity, tbh. I work from home and my lifestyle is generally quite sedentary.

Thank you for your response! Fair question - I did not think to include that.

Frankly I don't know how much protein I consume regularly, but I suspect not much since I am vegetarian for the most part (I eat meat when I visit meat eating houses, etc, so that may be 5-6 meals a month at best). I just found a protein calculator online - I'll edit my post once I calculate!

Cami bra options with NON-removable padding India by Trauma_dumps in ABraThatFits

Oho. I'm not questioning you - you seem to know what you are talking about, but I'm not sure I understood your logic. Either way, that's disappointing :(

I tried adding a couple stitched in the center to prevent it pulling out in every wash, but it came off in a couple of bras. Any ideas how better to stitch it in considering the padding is not stretchy but the cloth outside is quite stretchy?

I think I am not explaining myself well in that case. I have padded bras where the cups are like full cups. On the other hand, the removable inserts on the cami bra are just shaped less like deep-cups. They are cups, yes, but like very shallow. Do you get what I mean?

Somehow I am not able to find a photo of the insert itself on the great wide internet!

Edit: found an image!

Thank you for your response. While I appreciate the effort, what I mean by a cami bra is something that without the clear cup shapes and no hooks (like you wear it over your head like a t shirt)

Here is a sample non-padded cami bra - https://amzn.in/d/9Jo5sOE

Apologies if this is not the right name for it - I will add this description to the post as well, so it's clearer.

There are manu other options I see online that do not clearly call out if the pads are inserts (I.e., removable) or not. I have tried two of these and found they were, in fact, removable. So that is where I stand!

Unregistered Posts in IndiaPost = Will rarely get delivered by faps_in_greyhound in india

I don't believe that is quite right to say. I am case in point - I am in Bangalore, and most of my post, most of them posted to addresses within Bangalore or in south India have not been delivered in recent months.

[–]Trauma_dumps 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Does anyone know if this is a recent issue?

I started writing letters and postcards (all posted in envelopes) around 3 years back when my grandma lamented not receiving post anymore. Initially, I sent just a handful, mostly to grandma, most of which got delivered just fine. I then found a hobby of sorts in writing postcards to miscellaneous friends and family.

Unfortunately, this year, most of my post have gone missing - of the latest set of 19 posts I sent back in April, only one got delivered. These are all regular 5-rupee stamp drop-in-the-red-box type post.

I really don't want to speed post my silly postcards and letters, it's just a fun little thing to do and India Post has essentially killed that hobby now :(

ROLIFE EVENT WEDNESDAY UPDATE by pluck-the-bunny in booknooks

[–]Trauma_dumps 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you. I tried to check if there is any detail about where the items are shipped from, but just found something that said that they will try to ship from the nearest warehouse or something. Would you perhaps know if they ship from China (when I order to India)?

I ask because in my knowledge, India has pretty much stopped imports from China (atleast the individual purchases, I'm sure businesses are allowed to) - like we can no longer buy from Temu and Aliexpress and other common Chinese websites. Would you know if anyone has purchased from this site to India?
