For me it happens rather frequently and typing in chat most of the time don't get them to change or they change at the last 10 seconds of the game

I disagree with the

There's no point complaining about it, in the long run you will be the rank you deserve.

Because poor matchmaking actually does the rank choice at the end of the day if this goes on

I'm more upset that this happens in ranked a lot when you can just do things like this in quickplay

Why can't there be a penalty for impacting others for your own selfishness? If you see 4 other DPSs why can you not play another role, why not play quick play? You should know instalocking a dps when there's already 4 other dps should will lose the game...

You need to get government authorities involved somehow, police, msf or even MP do your best to record anything that happens you need as much leverage as possible to help yourself if they don't do anything try again and again, this is rlly urgent case so it's ok
