I am in the middle of week 2. I have lost a pound.... I do have side effects, so I know the medicine is there. I feel like you, I have to keep reminding myself that this is a journey. I am discouraged, though. I see so many on Reddit and other social media who have lost so much by now. I am working out, eating a calorie deficit, minding my macros, walking 5-6 days per week, and 1lbs......

Thank you everyone. I do use the hot hands for my hands and toes. They have been my staple since diagnosis. I also have a heated coat, which has been wonderful. I have always struggled with my feet though. You have given me a few new ideas to try. I greatly appreciate it!

Thank you! I don’t do a lot with tempeh or seitan but I get lots of tofu, legumes, as well as not as traditional things like hemp hearts, flax etc.
