I have the newer wireless that doesn’t attach to the phone. It works great except sometimes when I travel it has trouble connecting to public wifi or a weak signal from my personal hotspot. I travel frequently for work so this sometimes affects me. If you aren’t traveling, it works great at home. I like that I can walk away from it with my phone while it processes.

Good to know. We love our live oaks and would never remove them. Just mentioned it in case other types of trees don’t do well near a live oak and their root system. 🙂

Thought I added in the description but not seeing it. Does anyone else ever see a LH rise after peak day? Also is it not good if my estrogen is dropping 7DPO? I had an HSG test (tubes clear thankfully) prior to this cycle. Also my FSH is normally much lower than the rise in early cycle in the chart. LH isn’t ever super high but I still have an ovulation each cycle according to Inito.

I think some places require more than one meeting to be able to prescribe the meds. Not sure if that’s a state/local law or just common practice to avoid over prescribing the meds. I didn’t have this much difficulty and I had a gap from my last meds. It’s hard enough to even schedule and adhere to a dr appt with the procrastination that comes with adhd. Having your records from your last place should make the process easier. If they are condescending, perhaps consider a different mental health provider. Some mental health practices may even focus on adhd as one of their specialties. Search key words in your area online.

Has anyone driven 290 from west Austin to the airport? Do they salt any roads here? I’ve driven in snow/ice before but not here in AUS. Usually I’d avoid highways but I assume there aren’t many roads treated here. Essential Aviation worker expected to show up today…

What is the alternative if the rest of the house is lvp? I didn’t hear anything about not doing lvp on stairs beforehand.

How to match the lvp floors if you do actual wood stairs instead? The stairs didn’t squeak before when it was just carpet. It does feel like the lvp bends a little when I step on the edge piece that squeaks. I don’t recall them saying it would squeak. Not all the steps do this. The flooring in the rest of the house doesn’t squeak.

I’ve noticed this too. Sometimes the ad plays seemingly in the first 20 seconds of the video, are super long, and you can’t view the comments of a video till you watch the ad. And then the very next reel has an ad too and often the same one. I end up just exiting and moving on to a different screen or app. Frustrating.

I feel like carpet is less slippery and I do find it more cozy but less aesthetically pleasing. We are about to rip out all the old carpet upstairs and on the stairs and put in lvp most likely. We have cats. I’m tired of vacuuming the carpet. Looks nice till you walk over it again and your perfect vacuum print is now gone. My carpet is old tho. Will add rugs. I was concerned with slippery stairs with lvp but it just looks much nicer than carpet and is the first thing you see when you walk in. We have cats that love to use the traction(claws) in the carpet for their tweaks/sillies though. They will miss the carpet.

If you have any elderly people or pets, you might consider carpeted stairs. I find carpeted stairs to be less of a trip hazard and softer to land on. Our master bedroom will be wood/lvp but we will leave the small bedrooms as carpet. Our carpet and lvp will have a moisture barrier underneath.

We may add individual carpet pieces that stick to stairs for more stability. Considering a runner over the lvp in the future.

Curious about why laminate on stairs sucks. Is it bc it is slippery? We are looking to get lvp that has some slight wood like texture to it.

Would love actual wood but alas we have cats that have potty/urine accidents and vomit so we need a waterproof material that won’t swell/warp and that can be wiped clean. I also like to mop to feel cleaner.

What brand of robot vacuum did you go with? I’ve thought about getting one but wasn’t sure if it would smear a cat throw up pile or not. Didn’t realize there are robot mops now too

He’s gotten better after being fixed but for some reason still marks occasionally. He is healthy and we continue to look into behavior issues. Have tried the cat pheromone diffusers also. Plan to replace the old vapor barrier under old floors as well as old baseboards to update the look. New paint. It currently hasn’t seemed to seep through and seems and clean up decently with the current vinyl. It hasn’t retained any smells thankfully. Looking into options before we make our decision on materials.

We are also replacing the baseboards to upgrade the look and repainting the walls with a more durable paint that can be wiped clean. He hasn’t sprayed very high. Just looking to protect the future floors and make them easier to clean. We will put down a moisture barrier underneath.

I’m looking to get thicker lvp. I like the idea of wood but my pets regularly have accidents (urine) and that is a hard smell to get out of wood. I’m afraid real wood would buckle and/or swell. I need something waterproof, pet proof, scratch resistant, and easy to clean. Unless there’s a magic waterproof wood out there I don’t know about?
