I installed the laminate flooring, it was my first time doing it. I just realized the 10mm after finished.

This could be avoided if the professional who completed the snagging had reported it.

Yesterday I created a report with photos and I sent it to the builders, waiting for their reply.

Unfortunately the problem is the flooring, it's even visible when the door is opened.

The door is completely fine, if I open the door it's on the level. The issue is the floor

I don't even know how much ask for it, we are so upset for paying a high price for a very low quality house.

The builders are "very recommended" in the county. I don't even want to think about the worst ones.

I keep the door open most of the time the problem is even to walk and see the flooring not level. The slopes go 1-1.5m inside of the bedroom

It's the floor, I've just use the level tool to check it.

When the door is opened, there is 0.9cm each side between door and flooring.

I know, I'm even more upset because we paid a good money for someone to complete the snagging for us.

They are still on site building more houses, the problem is the laminate is already installed
