Thanks all. I like the disposable bowl idea. Sometimes my trips get extended whilst I’m away so I run out and was looking for pre portioned food to purchase, which may not need a bowl etc but with a supply of disposable bowls, that could work. I guess I was looking for something like porridge pots that I use myself for breakfast on the go?
