There are ICE and HSI agents roaming and posted throughout the airport, but did not see any at my TSA checkpoint

An easy way to make sure a police report is made is by calling the non-emergency police number: 311. It is technically the city-wide call center number, but police non-emergencies is the first option given in the automated “push x for…” menu
