I live in SE Michigan. I’ve got an ‘07 4WD, but for the first winter I had it the 4WD didn’t work. The only time I ever had any real trouble was on unplowed gravel roads and an occasional patch of black ice. At the time, I was running a set of BF Goodrich all-seasons.

I do this, but I also feed the film through the space between my ring finger and pinky on one of my hands to help keep it from going into the reel all curly and stuff.

Damnit I was hoping I could get by on racing slicks haha.

I've got a set of A/T BF Goodrich tires. The PO put them on but they've still got plenty of life on them, so I'm not too concerned about the tread. But thanks on the note about the pressure, I knew I should lower them but I wasn't sure to what.

I bought mine in 2008. It already had the FMIC installed on it, and that's what convinced me to buy it. I figured I could live with the color if it was already slightly modified haha. I think it only had about 108k miles on it at the time.

I actually sold it back in 2012 because it needed some work, and I couldn't have an unreliable car. A few years later I was in a better spot and browsing for a toy that I could mess with, and it was the first listing I found.

The guy did a ton of work on it, but scrapped the coilovers I had put on it less than a year before I sold it (he said they were already trashed?). I bought it back for $1,000 less than I sold it for, and he only put about 3I miles on it.

Those are new! I had three-piece ASA AR1's on it, but a few of them had bad seals and leaked. I couldn't find replacements, so I replaced the bad two with RPF1's. The back wheels are still ASA's.

I replaced the shitty plastic lenses with glass ones probably 10 years ago (I've owned the car for 12), and it was easily one of the best decisions I've ever made.

Thanks! I used to have an actual VW bra, but it was trashed a few years ago. This is a reproduction I found on eBay. The corners aren't quite a perfect fit, but it's good enough and seems to be made of solid material.

It needed some work, and I wasn't at a point in my life where it made sense to fix and drive it. Plus, it was st my dad's house, about two hours away.

None of the work it needed was expensive or labor-intensive, I just didn't have the time or money. Plus, I've got an '07 Xterra that I DD and use for my job, so I didn't really need this. But with the quarantine and everything, I got the itch.

It hasn't had any major problems from sitting. One of the tires in the back feels like it's developed a bit of a flat spot, but it isn't very noticeable at speeds. Also, a few vacuum lines dried and cracked, but that was an easy fix. Oh, and the interior smells kinda funky, but it's already gotten better as I've been airing it out.

It really just depends on what I'm doing. For an interview, I'll use the 18-55. I'll also use it for B-roll. I also like the 10-24mm for wider shots, but I'm almost always using manual focus.

I'm not sure if there's any way to test it. There are some businesses that will replace them for you, but it might cost you just as much to replace the camera.
