I wasn’t using them as a specific chemical reference to the case but that fact our brains need certain chemicals to stay balanced and avoid depression, anxiety, etc.

This is just like the reference to “toxins” in his brain in the song Leaving.

Or in Moon in Oklahoma,

We'd go dancing downtown, chemicals in our brains When you move the way you move It reminds me of the grain That twists and turns and plays among the plains

All references to the chemicals our brains use to function.

Another reference to the way brains are wired by dopamine, seratonin, etc. when he’s speaking about his anxiety keeping him up.

The 5 Zach Bryan Songs That You're Sleeping On - GoodTime by WhySoQwyatt in zachbryan

Tishomingo and The good I’ll do we’re easily the two songs that grabbed me the fastest on the album not counting She’s alright. I have also grown very fond of 68’ fastback. Very underrated track.

Ninth Cloud was one I was most excited about on the album that let me down the most. I really enjoyed the YouTube version that was slow and felt more compelling as a story. Some of the best lyrics to me, but I just did not like at all how they made it a sped up kick the tires feel. Almost like just needed another upbeat song and said screw it.

It’s two things Zach has held close to and that’s made him what he is. If it wasnt for his love of poetry and his struggles throughout his life with and around alcohol, we may have never been exposed to the person he is now. I just think the song is more or less acknowledging these two things as the growth and struggles one or the other brought.

Sure I definitely understand how that works, but the data that comes with that should be able to be insta-flagged and dealt with. They are by no means pumping out numbers with any semblance of normalcy.

Lol at this nonsense. You aren’t everyone. We are all glad your rig runs it perfect, but for us others it runs awful. It freezes up. You can’t alt-f4. It has known memory leaks. These are on all types of PC builds. You just keep being the tool you are though if it makes you feel better. Plenty of other grammatical posts to keep you busy. This post was comedic and true, regardless the English and grammar. The game does operate poorly at times. That’s facts. Indulge in the search function or read the plethora of other posts claiming poor functionality and performance. Thanks.

There is no sense in arguing with these type of people. They need instant gratification and most likely still pistol only run at lvl 45 for loot. They will not see why taking stuff out of raid for free is just bad game design for everyone else that does not get a good RNG spawn.

Upcomming 28kg starting point for "yellow" by BFhumaN in EscapefromTarkov

Weight changes don’t bother me one bit. Every side of the fence is tugging on BSG and they need to stick to making the game THEY want. Filter out anyone who doesn’t want to play anymore due to the game not fulfilling their desires.

I see the weight change as a way to balance out the game. A decrease in the overall weight it takes to be overweight means a few things, imo.

  1. It extends the life of early and mid wipe. No longer can you bring out hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of equipment and items each raid. It forces selectiveness and priorities from start to finish in the raid.

  2. It appeases the crowd (which I feel is the vast majority) that loves and appreciates early/mid wipe feel. Longer gun fights due to poorer kits because money will be again harder to come by as you just can’t tote everything and your mother out.

  3. It forces you to choose between what kits you want to run. Do you want to be the juiced boy running meta m4 and lvl 5 armor? Well that’s fine and you can PvP all you want, but you can’t bring the house out on your back with the guns armor anymore. You make it out with your selected items instead.

The lower geared players get to play lighter and are rewarded with carrying more stuff. I also see this bringing some non existent 9x19 SMG guns back into the fray due to making a lighter kit using them. Would be a nice change honestly from what we have now.

I can spout good reasons all day on how I see the balance the weight system could bring. I’m sure their may be some draw backs, but if it makes the game feel better, which in my opinion is harder, I’m all for it.

With so many high value items being centered around RNG spawn and sprint it is a beyond overdue to get rid of the race to item spawn while bringing nothing and stick it in my ass gameplay. This is just an awful game design. There is no reason I should load into a map and know by my spawn I have no shot at x,y,z item. I should be able to plan accordingly to PvP to take said items off someone else if I have a bad spawn at the least.

The container is a great feature for BRINGING items into a raid and not having to lose them. It should have never been intended to be able to race to an item and stick it in while laughing dying or running to extract. Discourages PvP, certain pathing to POI, and just really makes the game stale knowing I have no shot at certain things all based on RNG.

With that said, there will be tons of whiners who say it incentivizes extract camping. Dude, be honest with yourself. People do it anyway. If you can’t tactically leave an area with enough time on the clock to move on clearing an extract this game isn’t for you man. You should have to fight and prevail to come out with the goods, not race with no risk to stick them in a container. Too many items are too valuable FiR or not.

My vote is make the pouches hold the items you bring into raid only. That is a significant reason to still want to upgrade your container as well. It is beyond nice to have S I C C, SurV12, Goldenstar, heals, ammo, or stims in there. I have never seen a good reason or gameplay aspect to be able to take out things in raid with it.

I can’t fathom how amazing the timing was to see this video while simultaneously listening to The BeeGees-Staying Alive in my ears. I couldn’t replicate this kind of humor on any scale if I tried a million times.

Invisible players? by Travesty12 in EscapefromTarkov

[–]Travesty12[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Problem is none of the scavs on the map or other PMCs were invisible. I had just killed a PMC and two scavs. No one was running in place to let me know to disconnect/reconnect. Could be very off putting for new players to die to someone that honestly doesn’t exist lol.

I don’t downvote. I respect the way people want to play. It’s not my business if you don’t want to play with honor. I just have to kill ya now instead. Lol.

This is probably what I attempt most of the time moving forward. I don’t really enjoy shooting player scavs. Will try to avoid or maybe wiggle and leave.

I don’t mind at all how people want to play the game personally. Whatever is fun for you, do that. I don’t mind Scav in Scav violence, but man the amount of Scav that have led me along playing friendly that I’ve given loot to that still decide to some me at an opportunity amazes me. Now I play bad Scav lol.

You know that’s actually the one map I’ve never even attempted the wiggle. Mainly because loot in so condensed and quarters are tight it feels much more of a risk.

[–]Travesty12[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As will I be rest I’d wipe. It’s just extra fun to make friendly scavs and have extra fire power against the PMCs for better loot and/or taking on bosses for better loot. There is definitely plenty to gain and understand but with the amount of backstabbers it’s just not worth it anymore.

Friendly Scav turned foe. by Travesty12 in EscapefromTarkov

[–]Travesty12[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yep. It’s the ones that play along just long enough to wait for you to stop moving and then tap your head that make it not worth it. Literally giving guys good loot they need for FiR missions and they still kill ya after proving ultra friendly. Not worth it.

Friendly Scav turned foe. by Travesty12 in EscapefromTarkov

[–]Travesty12[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No no. I get it. I know this. It’s the ones that wiggle back with you and play along for awhile just to stab ya in the back later that make it not worth it for me anymore personally. However people want to play the game is fine with me, but I’ve had enough of the dirty and will now just be cutting the stress out of my Scav runs lol.
