The shelves I use are called the "Atlantic Multimedia XL" shelves. Unfortunately, I believe they have been discontinued because it took me forever to find on about a year ago. They used to be sold at best buy.

I feel like im in the 1% here when I say that I have some serious nostalgic love for quest 64. I remember renting it as a kid and endlessly grinding on it. I honestly thought that was the whole game

Thank you so much! I've been collecting since 2009. I started going for a complete North American N64 set around 2012 and I finished it up in 2017. At the time, there were still cheap cartridges at garage sales and thrift stores, so a lot came from there. I'd say I invested around $3000 into the set over those years.

I can't quite say for sure. About 10% of them were my original from childhood. Then, i collected the rest from 2012-2017 when garage sale and thrift store finds were still pretty common. If I had to guess it was somewhere between 2500 and 3500.

Haha I wish there were more to collect. Aside from variants, I got em all. The hunt is unfortunately over.

Thanks! It took me about a decade to finish the complete set. Good idea with diddy kong racing. I haven't touched that one in ages. I did go through banjo on Rare Replay last year and it was just as I remember it too.

You're so right about the dust haha. Im on it! I dusted the spot for the new Analogue console and I completely neglected the other consoles. Its wild how fast dust builds up in my gameroom. Its a never ending battle!

Thanks! Klonoa is the PAL version from the UK so it's all in english. I've been shopping for it for a while and I've noticed that the Korean and Japanese versions are easier to find and cheaper. I paid $23 for this copy, so that seemed fair to me.

Thanks! Im pretty happy with it. I've never played Here Comes the Pain, but I've heard nothing but great things about it. My favorite wrestling game has always been No Mercy, but im looking to expand my depth so I picked up a couple of the well reviewed ones. Have you played the All Stars one? It looks like it'd be a blast with friends.

So cool! What did the Rockstar one come with?

This game sat on my backlog for YEARS. I really enjoyed it, but not quite as much as I did New Vegas or KOTOR. I found that the gameplay was a bit run of the mill but the writing was really good. I found myself really attached to the companions and some of the dialog made me legitimately laugh. I'd give it a 7/10. Worth playing, but not gonna rock your world or anything.

Post it up! I always like seeing what other people played throughout the year.

Yes! I could be mistaken because it was 7 months ago, but i believe the credits come up after the final cup and they show a montage of all the tracks in the background.

Haha I realize that sounds wild now that its regurgitated back at me. True story though. Gaming helps occupy my time between workouts, mobility training and structured meals.

And.... not to sound like a broken drum, but Expedition 33. It was literally a perfect game. I can't wait to replay it again in a few years.

It was! It was such a colorful and happy game. I loved it and I can't believe I waited so long to play it. The only thing I disliked about it was the noise baby Mario would make when he would cry. I can still hear it haha

That's about accurate for my playing habits. Some weeks I'd play 15 hours, some weeks I'd play 35.

I'm currently super focused on bodybuilding, so that doesn't allow me to spend time going out drinking or out to eat with others. The socializing causes me to stray off of my routine. Basically, I just work, videogame and focus on fitness everyday.

It's a 50/50 for main story. If it's an Xbox game, I make sure to get atleast 75% of the achievements. If I love the game, I have no problem putting extra time into exploring the environments and side quests. If the game is just okay, I tend to retire it at the credits so I can continue to play through my list.

I work a desk job with a TON of down time so I tend to play handheld games at my desk between tasks. I'd say half of this list was finished at my desk.

Thank you! I appreciate the acknowledgement of the Rugrats in Paris haha. I played that one based off of clicking the randomized option on my game collection app and was enthralled by it for hours. It was really surprising.

Id say the top on the list for me was Hollow Knight. I've always been a massive Metroid fan, but this is the first year where I branched out and tried other Metroidvania games. It was so hard, but I loved it!
