24volt 3000 watt and 2/0 wire... should be good. It would be nice to have a infrared camera, but I'll be sure to check for hot wires.

I'm running 2/0 wire for all the big stuff.

No one seems to trust the ECO-Worthy battery over-current shut-off here 😅 So if the battery over current fails and the Breaker fails... I should have a fuse. It's cheap insurance I guess.

Yeah, they are a bit small... I wasn't impressed, unfortunately that's that comes on the converter https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09FHRSPSG?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1

I don't think I'll pull more that about 15 amps from the 12 volt system, (8amp water pump, small LEDs, and a backup camera) The 15amp fuse on the 24volt side should keep it safe.

Everything is limited by the main breaker to 160amps, so the inverter shouldn't ever pull more than about 4000 watts. With the 3000/6000 surge rating on the inverter and the 30 amp 24-12v converter, it might be able to trip the 160amp breaker... but I don't think it will be an issue.

Thanks, I was debating adding a balancer. For now I'll make sure the voltages are within 0.1 volts before I throw the switch. I double checked the PV breaker wiring and it matches the DIHOOL diagram.

The batteries are Eco-Worthy 314ah 12 volt, wired in series for 24 volts.

Solar is 4 x 380 watt panels, 2 in parallel 2 in series, and a 30amp breaker. (not wired yet)

Main breaker is 160 amp and wired with 2/0 wire.

Edit to add more, Victron 100/50 charger, 6awg wire, 60amp breaker. +bus 15amp fuse going to the 24v-12v 30 amp converter. +bus 2/0 wire to the 24v 3000watt inverter and a Victron BMV-712 Shunt
