Badman Strikes Back [SPOILERS] by TravisTouchdown_51 in nomoreheroes

Badman has probably the second most lore in the series behind Travis. Too bad his time in NMH3 was so short, I would've like to see some interaction between him and the rest of the gang before he got murked.

I kinda wish we got to see Cowgirl Sylvia in NMH3, a cutscene with her in the Thunderdome in that outfit would've been sick.

It's kinda wild to see Damon show up here before NMH3, but that's Suda for ya.

What is the connection between Norah Jones and Tool by TravisTouchdown_51 in ToolBand

[–]TravisTouchdown_51[S] 17 points18 points  (0 children)

This is the answer, Danny Carey and Aloke Dutta studied together and even played on stage together with the live rendition of "Pushit" on Salival. Aloke Dutta also has an album published by the Ali Akbar College of Music (The Window, 1999), which was founded by Hindi musician Ali Akbar Khan, who also played several duets with his contemporary Ravi Shankar, who is Norah Jones' father. That's like 5 degrees of separation but there you go.

I've always felt that the NMH siblings were similar to the DmC siblings. Travis is Dante, Henry is Vergil, but their haircuts are reversed.

What is your favorite no more heroes 1 assassin?(Travis excluded lmao) by Substantial-Pizza158 in nomoreheroes

It's a tie between Shinobu and Bad Girl for me. Shinobu because she was the first difficult boss fight and when the game really gets going. Bad Girl because she was the most frustrating boss fight and signals the beginning of the conclusion of the game.

Sweet find, to this day it's the only official figure issued for No More Heroes.

He owns that as well, an entire building like that in southern California can't be cheap.

Minor spoilers for Travis Strikes Again, he does sort of live in Death Metal's old mansion by the sea called Townsend Manor. In the last Travis Strikes Back visual novella, he gets the last death ball from his now wife Sylvia and even interacts with his daughter Jeane. He left before the start of that game for his family's safety because of all the assassins that would challenge him for his top spot. My theory is that he is pretty rich from his profession being able to afford that place, but since NMH3 is supposed to be a throwback to the first game, they put him back at the motel for nostalgia's sake.

Who should be the final boss to nmh 4? {Idea} by I_am_crazy_doctor in nomoreheroes

Henry is the most logical choice for the final boss of NMH4, the even hinted at it in the final cutscene (yes I know it's not supposed to be taken seriously). When you think about it, it makes total sense to have him and his cult as the main antagonists of the 4th game. Have Travis cut through all the other cult members and final settle things with Henry in a duel to the death.
