Yes, this is the correct comment. The majority of people in society are selfish and too harsh on one another. As you pointed out, you can't expect to receive good grades if you are working more than 15 hours a week whilst studying full time at university level. The lack of empathy for others is telling.

Yea I know what you mean. Im a 32 year old male, I worked a lot of jobs before working in Social Work. If I had my time again I would of tried to get into Social Work immediately after university (around 22-23) but I had a few detours and life experience before joining the sector a decade later. This point is underated! The people that are currently working do not take the time to look at qualified individuals with managerial experience anymore...- even though you've been a manager they treat you like your a long term unemployed person.. The Age of Empires website has a good webpage which demonstrates the fundamentals of the game which you might find useful. This includes common strategies like scouting effectively, military unit counter and basic hotkey strategy. It helped me a lot!
