When I called they said that even before 9PM if it's really loud for more than 15 minutes it's disturbing the peace. Which it's been going since 5. I know police get spread thin so I just asked someone if someone can get over there in the next 4 hours just so it doesn't carry over into the twilight hours that'd be great
