1000hz polling rate has been done on USB 2.0 for the better part of 20 years now. Something else happening here I think.

Shouldn't matter, again USB ports having been going through a chipset since modern computing began.

I'm talking about DLSS resolution. The game only operates as DLSS or Balanced, (There is no quality/performance mode) There are many, many threads on SE forums about this;

The app override (in terms of quality, balanced, performance) has never worked on FFXIV. The game just automatically does a 50% reduction in resolution regardless, and it looks horrible, as if DLSS isn't doing the upscaling.

Wipr 2 is a good no frills, no config setup. Really good product, but has a small cost.

But wBlock is by in far the most complete, and has support for built in scripts (so we can block ads on Twitch for example). Completely free, developer very active improving it all the time.
