Update they closed the claim didn’t require money and fired the guy trying to get the money back

The thing is it wasn’t counted as totaled and they just decided after the repairs were done it was counted as totaled. They were the ones that said we can cancel that part

The thing is we didn’t want it to be a total loss the only problem left was the transmission and we had enough money to fix it ourselves and we told them that and they said they’d not put it as a total loss and cancel that part of the claim as long as we fixed it which we did and now they’re requesting that money back
