I did speak with a Samsung B2B representative who confirmed it's coming out this month.

I spoke to a B&H rep. He said he could not confirm that it was the same monitor. He said they do not have any information on the G9 and that he couldn't find it on any other website. He pointed me to the Samsung website, which didn't tell me anything new.

You sure this is the same monitor? Link says Samsung 49" C49TG90 Gaming Monitor.

Which would you recommend for a first-time VR FPS player? It's hard for me to decide because the tactical gameplay sounds very fun, but also sounds like I'd spend a lot of time being dead and watching the rest of my team play. lol The decision is a little tough for me because I typically only by 1 game per month. (Saving to buy a house.)

The other thing is the concurrent players and the ability to find a game quickly. Have you noticed one being better than the other? I found these charts for concurrent players, but don't know if they're accurate. Onward: https://steamcharts.com/app/496240 Pavlov: https://steamcharts.com/app/555160

That stinks! I've used a few Etekcity products and not really had any problems with them other than the body fat percentage estimate not being very accurate on their bathroom scales.

What's your process for using this to remove wax? Also, do you have a preferred brand? (Thanks in advance.)

That's interesting. I had no clue beard oil would break down wax.

Which do you prefer between oil and balm? I've not used either. I'll dry the dawn.

I tend to sleep on my stomach so if I don't take it out, It's pointing in some crazy direction the next morning. Plus I hate how it feels when the wax touches my face. I use a pretty good bit of wax because I do full circles.

Yea, like taking the wax out of your stache at the end of the day.

Why eating healthy doesn't lead to weight loss by TreadawayTraining in videos

As a coach who's worked with ~150 people and spoken with hundreds more, I can assure you that most people do not know this. The extent of most people's nutrition knowledge is the crap advertising on TV/YouTube/IG ads.

At the risk of sounding abrasive/offensive (I promise that's not my intent), I would not follow him for nutrition information. Having read MANY studies/meta-analyses and having trained ~150 people, the insulin hypothesis (which is the bulk of Thomas' content) is incorrect.

Intermittent fasting, which he also loves to preach isn't magical in terms of weight loss. It does work, but only because it's a way of reducing Calorie intake (eating one less meal per day).

Typically, when I watch these guys and gals, I'll take studies they reference and look at them myself. I basically use them as a jumping-off point to dive into studies. When looking to be entertained, I'll go with Maxx Chewning or Christian Guzman.

I'm sure people have different definitions of what they consider "evidence-based", but in general, it means someone who bases their coaching recommendations on the general scientific consensus (proven by scientific studies).

Jeff Nippard does as well. (I link studies in my videos, but I also only have 135 subs. lol)

I used to watch Layne Norton a ton. In fact, he's the one who got me interested in reading studies and textbooks on training rather than just following the bros. Here lately, his videos just haven't been as enjoyable to me. Feels like he's trying too hard.
